Commissioners and member organisations
Membership is by organisation. Multiple members of organisations can join the Commission, reflecting the different sizes and functions of some organisations. Commissioners serve in a personal capacity on behalf of their body and are not paid.
Leadership Group
The Leadership Group meets between Commission meetings to steer the programme and agree papers.
